  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refunds

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order through our website.
